The winter season is a perfect time to build better physical foundations in our players for the rigors of the soccer season. Experts almost universally agree that variability and diversity in training during this time is absolutely critical. So many of you have already seen Lindsey and I training our incredible ASC teams at the Dome a bit differently than you might normally expect. We love running our athletes through core, full range of motion, and flexibility exercises in the off-season. In our training sessions we bend, twist, and challenge our athletes to use muscles in ways they never have before.
