Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) is holding accommodation reviews
across the community. An accommodation review takes into account school space, programming
and possible school closures. A report by an Accommodation Review Committee (ARC) and
a report by staff are either complete or nearing completion for each area review.
Before Trustees make a decision that may include a school closure, HWDSB will hold
a SPECIAL HEARING to receive public input on the recommendations. Individuals, groups
or organizations wishing to speak at this SPECIAL HEARING must pre-register by contacting

CONCERNED ANCASTER RESIDENTS, please plan to attend this very important meeting on
April 2nd at 6 p.m.
The meeting will be located in the School Board Education Centre, Board Room (100
Main St. W. in Hamilton)
