Problem Reporting
Coaches and Convenors should always follow our formal lines of
communication which should be in the order of:

Where possible we should all try to avoid circumventing this
reporting-order. Please report any problems following the lines
of communication detailed above.
The problems listed below must be reported to the Director of
Mini () and/or Director of Youth ()
via email ASAP.
- Inappropriate referee, coach, parent, player or spectator
behavior.
- Game cancellations
- Missing or damaged equipment in the Green Field boxes i.e.
First Aid Kit, nets, Velcro straps, metal pegs, corner flags,
rubber mallet.
- Field Issues – ruts, pot holes or other hazards.
- Referees failing to show up to games.
