The Ancaster Soccer Club needs your help!!!!!!
The Ancaster Soccer was officially incorporated in 1985. This date is used in
our logo as the official start up date of our club.
However, the true origins of Ancaster
soccer pre-date 1985. It would be a horrible injustice if
we did not recognize the many fine volunteers and players who called Ancaster home prior to the 1985
inception date of our club.
Prior to 1985, teams from Ancaster competed proudly all over the city in interlock leagues.
The club has been able to accumulate a few articles dating back to 1975 with great stories
of past glories.
We want to proudly display our heritage on our website.
We need a big favour from all of our life long citizens of Ancaster.
If you have any old pictures or articles from 1990 or earlier on Ancaster soccer, please
drop them off at our soccer office.
We are especially interested in any information prior to 1985.
The Club is also considering naming an annual award in honour of our
first club president Cyril Harding.
