ASC Registration Refund Policy

Indoor

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INDOOR SOCCER REGISTRANTS. A SPOT MUST BE REPLACED BY ANOTHER REGISTRATION PRIOR TO ISSUING ONE.

Outdoor

Non-Medical reasons:
 

Before

May 31st Refunds will be returned minus a $30 administration fee regardless of the original amount of the fee.

After

May 31st No refund

Medical reasons:
Medical reasons require a doctor’s note indicating a player’s inability to participate in the duration of season

Before

May 31st Full refund – no admin fee

Before

June 30th $220 less $40 admin fee = $180

After

July 1st No refund

To be considered for a refund all requests must be made in writing with the required documentation attached. All requests must be mailed to:

*The ASC Board of Directors shall review all requests and make final determinations regarding the issuance of all refunds
