ASC Registration Refund Policy
Non Medical Reasons:
Refunds for non-medical reason requested before May 1st will be returned minus a $30.00 administration fee regardless of the original amount of the fee
Refund for non-medical reasons after May 1st – no refund
Medical reasons:
| Medical reasons require a doctor’s note indicating a player’s inability to participate in the duration of season |

Full refund – no admin fee |
| Before June 30th |
$130 – less $30 admin fee |
| Before July 31th |
$80 – less $30 admin fee |
| After August 1st |
No refund |
To be considered for a refund all requests must be made in writing with the required documentation attached. All requests must be mailed to:

*The ASC Executive Board shall review all requests and have governance regarding the issuance of all refunds |
