ASC Registration Refund Policy

Non Medical Reasons:

Refunds for non-medical reason requested before May 1st will be returned minus a $30.00 administration fee regardless of the original amount of the fee

Refund for non-medical reasons after May 1st – no refund

Medical reasons:

Medical reasons require a doctor’s note indicating a player’s inability to participate in the duration of season

Before

May 31st Full refund – no admin fee

Before

June 30th $195 less $30 admin fee = $165

Before

July 31th $195 less $60 admin fee = $135

After

August 1st No refund

To be considered for a refund all requests must be made in writing with the required documentation attached. All requests must be mailed to:

The Ancaster Soccer Club will respond to written, mail requests only, no others will be considered.

*The ASC Executive Board shall review all requests and have governance regarding the issuance of all refunds
