Tax receipts are available online for the previous Outdoor Season. These receipts
are available only for players who were under 16 at any time during the year.

The children’s fitness tax credit allows parents to claim a maximum of $500 per
year for eligible fees paid for each child who is under 16 at any time during the year. On
your receipt, it will show the eligible amount (registration fee), maximum limit ($500)
and amount that can be claimed.
Because you have registered with the Ancaster Soccer Club in the previous year, a profile
has been created within our registration system. Instructions are below.
Retrieving your tax receipt:
- To begin, go to the ASC website www.ancastersoccer.com
- Click on the TAX RECEIPTS button on the home page
- Under the heading PARENTS type in your child’s:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Date of Birth (day / month / year)
- Postal Code
- Click on the word SELECT beside the correct season of play
- You will now be in the PLAYER information tab. Confirm all info.
- In the blue horizontal menu bar click on the PARENT tab and enter the information
of the parent for whom the receipt will be claimed – click SAVE
- In the blue horizontal menu bar click on the ELIGIBLE AMOUNT tab – confirm
amount(s) paid
- In the blue horizontal menu bar click on the PRINT tab – review all information
and click PRINT. Note: if you have not filled in the required information in
the PARENT tab, you will not be able to print receipt.
Once receipt is printed:
- The top portion is for you to keep, the bottom portion is for submission to the government
if requested.
- Take this opportunity to ensure your records and your children’s records with
us are up to date. i.e. Name, Address, Telephone, Birth date, etc. If your information
has changed, please phone / email the office with your changes.
