ANCASTER THUNDER PROGRAM

The Ancaster Thunder Program is for ages U7 to U18 Boys & Girls.

Ancaster Thunder All Star Program

Thunder All Star are the Second Teams at the U7 & U8 Division, Representing Ancaster at OSA Sanctioned L7 (All Star) category Soccer Tournaments..

Under the OSA, an All Star Player "Must" be registered within his/her Club House League "Grass Roots Program".

Clubs without a Grass Roots program cannot have an All Star Team.

This is the first step into Competitive Soccer.

The Ancaster Thunder Select Program

Thunder Select is for ages U9 to U18 and they are the Second Teams representing Ancaster at the Hamilton & District Multi Jurisdictional Club League (MJ) at L6 (Select) category.

This is the second step into Competitive Soccer where they begin in preparations to improve their skills to secure a spot within the Titans program teams.

There are instances where U11 to U18 teams join the Pyramid of Play at the South Region Soccer League (SRSL) where there is already a Titans Team in the same age division. These teams are called "Thunder Rep" as they are the second teams playing at a Rep level of soccer.

All Players interested in playing competitive soccer in Ancaster are required to try out for the Titans teams first, to allow the coach to pick a roster. Kids not making the Titans squad have the option to try-out for the Thunder program if a team is identified.

Additional costs for uniforms, track suits, tournaments should be expected as well as a responsibility to find sponsors and/or fundraise.
