NOTICE:

Hello everyone,

The Board of Directors have met weekly since the onset of the COVID-19 closures, and a topic of conversation every week has been our pride and joy, the Heritage Days Tournament, one of Ontario’s largest and most exciting youth soccer tournaments, which was scheduled for June of 2020. We had set an internal deadline to decide by May 5th if it was feasible to host the tournament this year, and we had held out hope that we could host the tournament as a kick-off tournament for all.

We have made the tough decision to move this year’s tournament to September 18-20, 2020. We hope that the weather will cooperate and that all of you will join us in an exciting fall tournament on our fields. We expect that most outdoor leagues will be running through the end of September so we hope that it means every team will be in peak performance shape so that we can have the most exciting tournament ever!

Additionally, if you register for Heritage Days Tournament, we will not expect payment until Friday, August 14th 2020, which will also serve as the new registration deadline.

Because we postponed this tournament rather than it being cancelled, if the new dates do not work for you and would like a refund or credit, please contact us. Please note as per club policies, a $30 administrative fee applies to club refunds (not credits, however). Credits may be used for any future league or tournament we host and expire after the end of the 2021 Outdoor Season (October 31st, 2021).

Stay home – we are almost through this!

Thank you,

Ancaster Soccer Club
